                              RESOLUTION NO. 21567
                 
                 
                 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PROPOSAL FROM BROWN 
                 CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, RELATIVE TO THE 
                 CONSTRUCTION OF THE STADIUM OF 1000 DREAMS, FOR 
                 AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO 
                 THOUSAND DOLLARS ($932,000.00), AND AUTHORIZING 
                 THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN APPROPRIATE CONTRACT 
                 RELATING THERETO.
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby accepted a 
       proposal from Brown Construction Company, relative to the 
       construction of the Stadium of 1000 Dreams, for an amount not to 
       exceed $932,000.00; and
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
       authorized to execute an appropriate contract relating thereto.
